Welcome to the Dip Online seminar Terms and Conditions of Use. The online seminars are designed to support parents understand screen use. The following terms apply to your use and provision of access to the platform and our services, including Dr Danielle Einstein's You Tube channel, Online Seminars and The Dip Webinars.

By accessing, reading, or using this website (including the Online Seminars), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree with the terms of use stipulated below.

CONTRACT

The Terms of Use (Terms) govern your use of the DIP information Dr Einstein’s youtube channel. You accept the Terms as they apply from time to time whenever you access the Website or Seminar material, accessing the Seminar and the Website forms a contract between Dr Danielle Einstein (I, me, my), Aubrey Maturin Pty Ltd as trustee for The Distinct Psychology Unit Trust ABN 86158126429 (Distinct Psychology), (referred to as we, us or our), and persons who access the Website (you, your).

The Terms can be modified at any time and all changes will come into effect immediately, as soon as the information is published or modified on the website.

You cannot print a copy of any page for commercial purposes. You cannot reproduce any part of the seminar digitally, without the written consent from Dr Danielle Einstein. You may include links to the Website without written consent.

You agree that the Website may be modified or terminated at any time by my discretion. The Website may be unavailable from time to time, including but not limited to maintenance purposes.

Access to the online Seminar or Website may be immediately terminated, suspended or blocked without notice if you breach these Terms, at my sole discretion.

(b) uploading any data, including photos, audio, music or multimedia to the Website.

You are prohibited from adding any content to the Website:

(a) Unless you are the copyright holder of such content

(b) That may cause a breach of any law or other obligation

(c) That may be considered pornographic, threatening, obscene, offensive, defamatory, in breach of confidence or a similar obligation, abusive, liable to incite hatred or violence, or a breach of privacy

(d) That might be considered as spam or advertising material

(e) That infringes any copyright regulations.

Dr Einstein will take down at my discretion any postings at any time as I deem in contravention of these undertakings.

By posting or adding any content to the Website or posting or making comments during webinars conducted by me, you grant me continuous, royalty-free, immutable, international and transferable rights and license to use that content in any way without limitation, and you permit me to authorise any other person to do the same thing (without breaching your moral rights). I may use your comments or questions without attributing you as the source of the content.

If you submit a question via the online form or email Dr Dani directly, unless you specify otherwise in writing, you grant me the same rights in relation to the form as set out in the above clause. Your personal information submitted to me will not be shared with any third parties.

WITHIN HOUSEHOLDS

You may share your login details with members of your household (ie. other family members living on the same premises). Anyone who accesses the website in this way is bound by the terms and conditions specified here for use of website and course materials.
